One of the challenges for United Nations projects in Myanmar after the February 2021 coup is remaining relevant and maintaining a positive perception among the local population. These are compounded by other factors such as access restrictions, security concerns, and a reduction in funding. Nonetheless, the Myanmar Information Management Unit (MIMU) remained strong and continued delivering products and services to support humanitarian and development activities in Myanmar.
